The latest version that I have is 3.0.2 which doesn't seem to be listed in VersionTracker. I would like it MUCH better if it would only allow copying and pasting of the marks/guesses into desired squares.

This has been pointed out to the author, but he has not fixed this non-Mac like feature.

Copy and Paste - drosboro

MacSudoku 3.0.3 (released Nov 20, 08) now supports copy and paste between cells. Thanks for the feedback!
