I have a MacBook Pro Intel with System 10.5.5. I burnt an updated DiskWarrior version 4.1.1 disc succesfully. I am however unable to start up from the new updated disc. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Cannot start up from DiskWarrior Version 4.1.1 Disc - lonergan

I had the same problem with my Summer 2007 MacBook Pro. I tried to start it up from the updated CD and it crashed it repeatedly without it even starting it up. I created a second CD, and the same thing happened.

This seems to be the only downside I can see with DW/Alsoft--they're always behind the times about bootable disks for the most recent MacBooks. Could that be your problem?
