Existing users, 
This continues to be a must have utility, but it sure is slow. On my 500 GB drive, it took 35 minutes to complete, with it stuck on step 5 for about 25 minutes, and the progress bar not moving. So you might just think the app is hung. Just don't be in a hurry!
Alsoft continues to have a lousy support site. No forums, just a knowledgebase, that I found not very helpful.
