Used Product For: Over One Year

Apparently this update is only for original Diskwarrior CDs, not for CDs created by a previous update. So if you updated from version 4 to 4.1 after Leopard was released, you will receive a message from the update application that your CD is not eligible.

You are correct. This is quite clearly explained in the readme that comes with the download. You must have use the original disc from Alsoft.

Same thing here, you are right
we need the origianl 4.0 disk to update (create a new CD) to 4.1.1
