I did hear back from Dave Teare Co-author of 1Password and he indicated that they were able to troubleshoot the problem and believe it is fixed in this new release. Unfornately, my iMac is boxwd away until next week so I'm not able to test it until then. However, Dave graciously offered to refund my money, AND keep my registration password active in case I wanted to test the new release. That's what I call customer service...I am amazed by his reply. Perhaps I'm too cynicial from being "burned" by other software developers. I am going to revise my 1* and give them 5*. I'm hoping the new release works when I get my computer set back up next week, I must admit having the 1password work for the short time it did made my secure site logins a lot more enjoyable.
