Buyer beware

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

I downloaded a trail version 3 weeks ago and it worked fine for 1 week, than they came out with a "newer" version. Well it kept crashing everytime I tried to open it up. I went ahead and actually bought a license today since it was on sale and I thought the trial period expired. So, now I spend $35.00 for garbage and I find that their "Customer Support" is email only and they LOVE to hear from their customers, P.S. They TRY and respond in 24-48 hours. Save your money and wait for Robo form to come out with a MAC version.

Buyer beware - wlance

Too bad you had bad luck. I find it to be one of the best applications out there and I've used it for a long time, without any trouble. I always download the updates and they work just fine. A very satisfied user.

Buyer beware - dteare

I'm sorry you encountered some issues; we will be sure to get them sorted out as soon as possible. I see you posted this comment on the 24th, is that also when you sent your email to our support team? Looking in the inbox now (the morning of the 25th) I do not see any open tickets, so please look for our response. Also be sure to check your spam folders.

Regarding the "1 to 2 days" comment we mention on the web site, that includes a "buffer" to cover the unexpected. Internally our goal is to respond to everyone within 12 hours. That is the target we aim for and we achieve it the majority of the time. We say "1 to 2 days" on the web site because sometimes unexpected things happen, such as increased email after a new release and we are only human and sometimes get sick. Having "1 to 2 days" posted on the web site gives us a "buffer" for these types of unexpected situations. For example, yesterday (Friday Oct 24th) Carl was sick and took most of the day off, so we were unable to meet the 12 hour target. This morning, however, the team was back to full strength and as of 1:25pm all emails have been answered.

I hope that clears up the confusion about our dedication to providing outstanding support.

Cheers!
