4.0 is more bloated than version 3.

And S-L-O-W-E-R.

Slower to load, slower to redraw the interface, SLOWER TO DOWNLOAD...

For three days now I have had a 550mg file that hasn't finished downloading... with a swarm speed of over a meg, 47 seeders and 1 leecher (other than me!)... speed was running at a measly 3 to 20k.

Decided to go back to 3.1.1.0 (although I kinda liked 3.0.4.2) and the speed was working fine.



Mac OS X 10.4.11, 1500k line, NAT working/Green, Ratio-Green, Torrent-Green, port-forwards working fine, firewall bypass for TCP/UDP working fine, Port Open Test-Fine, tried alternating between Dist.DB--same thing, tried some other changes... no go.

The change that worked was going back to Version 3.



To remove the annoying VUZE toolbar in FireFox - go to FF's menu TOOLS:
TOOLS/ADD ONS/EXTENSIONS
You'll need to let them know why you're removing it ... by clicking the boxes ... that's it. You're done.
