Used Product For: Over One Year

Since installing the Mac OS 10.5.5 update I can no longer get FAP 4.0.2 to run, it crashes immediately after launch. Reinstalling the OS and FAP did not help. Insider has yet to respond to my support request in over a week.

Problems have been resolved through a complete wipe of the program and it's related files. Insider support was very kind and helpful.
