I've been using this for years. In my applications folder, VueScan is alone in NEVER having caused problems for me. It's also alone in being worth every penny of the license. I can't count the number of improvements included in the upgrades over the years, but my scans keep getting better and better. I recommend it without reservation. If I buy a new scanner, I'll first check to see if it's supported.
