I haven't tested this extensively, but hell, Entourage is even SLOWER than the 12.1.2. Mine used to start without a spinning beach ball. Now it does. It's slooowww....

Word is a little faster to save, but you still get a beachball (I'm always afraid it's going to crash)...

Launch times? - DavidRavenMoon

Try to compact or rebuild you data base in Entourage. To do this, launch Entourage while holding down the Option key. Then folow the insyruction on the data base application that launches. Verify it first.

If you have a lot of messages, this helps.
