I bought Bento 1 this summer. I spent hours, days, weeks, months working with it and giving requested feedback so that FileMaker could make improvements -- or promises of improvements. They even asked customers to send in their databases. I'm glad I did not send mine. Nice job, FileMaker. You've worked very hard and succeeded in alienating your Bento users prior to the new Bento version. Improved colors and cut/paste features? Give me a break. Who cares! You want another $50 for this?

If you're buying this new version of Bento, prepare to get screwed with the next "new, improved" version -- or better, yet, prepare to never see another improvement. Either scenario is possible.

Save your money. It's not worth the lousy service you will get.
