OpenOffice version 3.0 starts and runs much faster on my MacBook (10.5) than the latest NeoOffice release does. Also, OO doesn't load fonts into FontExplorer, a Neo practice. For my purposes (opening files, not creating them), OO3 is a step up from NeoOffice.
