But the archaic look and feel is in serious need of an update. I love URLMP, and it works with the browsers I care about. Granted, it only works halfway with Firefox 3.x, i.e., your collection of bookmarks is available from the menubar, but it seems that addition of new bookmarks does not work correctly. Still, precisely because I do most of my work in Safari, URLMP is particularly effective for me, because every time I have occasion to use another browser, all my bookmarks are there. However, the interface is archaic, more like System 8. Alco is a dedicated developer, and I just wish he'd bring URLMP into the Big Cat Era. That and complete Firefox compatibility would restore this to first class, 5-star status. But even with those faults, nothing else matches URLMP. I have tried every other bookmark manager, and they all seem to get the model wrong. URLMP gets the model right, and in that respect, it has no competition. [BTW, if someone knows of another manager that allows you to collect bookmarks from within any browser and make them available in any browser, without itself having to be the front & center app, let me know. I love Quicksilver, but apps like it are not the same. And I would gladly pay good money and give 7 stars to anyone who could integrate 1Password and URLMP functionality into a single app.]
