Clumsy interface, lousy help system

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

I've used many of the FTP programs for the Mac, and this has got to be one of the worst. The interface is HORRIBLY clumsy & unintuitive, there is no manual at all (just a very sparse help system), the website has no tech support FAQ's on it... overall, this is just a very clumsy product.

There's confusing terminologies like bookmarks & scheduled bookmarks, and they are nearly impossible to figure out... you can't take a bookmark and turn it into a scheduled bookmark, so you have to start all over again from scratch if you want to schedule something. Then, you can't even see the results of a scheduled bookmark without double-clicking on it -- which STARTS THE TRANSFER ALL OVER AGAIN! If you start something off as a "mirrored" transfer, you can't later change it to something else. And there's all sorts of quirks in the interface which make it impossible to navigate. For example, you may find yourself (like I did) scratching your head for an hour why you can't click the "Save" button after creating a scheduled bookmark. That's because you forgot to type in a password -- even though the password bullets already appear there, so you think that you already typed in a password!

Overall, this is a shoddy product with a complete lack of attention to detail. I would personally avoid this at all costs.
