After recently researching some tools to compress files which will remove the extraneous .ds_store and other "._" files YemuZip does a good job.

What would make it better is having it available as a contextual menu when I right-click on a file or folder, and automatically quitting when done.

Otherwise, a great product for a more than reasonable price.
