"Then you'll be able to browse the list of all installed Applications and run what you need with a single mouse click - like you do in Windows. Click the program icon to show the menu."

Since it's THREE mouse clicks to launch a Windows app, once to click the Start, once to click Programs and once to click the app...two if it's in the top level of the Start menu...and the same for this add-on. If you have the app in the Dock, it's one click...
Better solution, open Finder, drag Applications to the right side of the divider, then set the display options to Folder and List view and HOLY CRAP....it's free and isn't an Add-On...single-click the Apps folder, scroll to your app and launch. DONE....

With Finder, you need to do 4 clicks

1) Lauch the Finder
2) Click Applications
3) double click the needed application
and it will took significantly more time to do

The purpose of this program is to run the programs fast without thinking, that's why there is no any advanced functionality. And you need just 2 clicks there.
