I looked at three recipes and found 2 spelling mistakes. How do I know that the recipes have been checked for accuracy? Very unprofessional.

Yum! Yum! - Henry Halem
This is an excellent piece of software. The GUI is slick and is very intuitive. If you're like me and cut and paste recipes from the internet then this is the software to store them in. It places the quantities, ingredients, and cooking method in discreet areas. It can print or email a shopping list and can save to an iPod or save as plain text. Best of all you can scale the recipe to serve 2 or a banquet. One thing I would like to see in a future upgrade is a place for a picture. I give Yum a big thumbs up!Monday, November 24 2008 @ 12:18 PM PST

You don't. Cook it and find out? :-) The example recipes are all contributed by users, and for the most part are left as is, spelling mistakes and all. I assume they've all eaten what they cooked according to the recipes they've submitted, so I assume the recipes are all OK, but it's up to you if you choose to risk it or not.The recipes are included only as examples of how the application can be used. The application is actually designed to manage YOUR recipes, rather than for you to simply use the example recipes (which you're free to do if you wish to risk the spelling mistakes!).
