My VT Pro expired. I did not renew. VTPro sent me a questionnaire and I filled it out. What the heck, I said I would buy it again.
Duh! I purchased, downloaded, installed and I just keep getting a message that my account has expired! I filled out a customer report request and got the form response from VTPro. I would expect a human originated emal response in 2 to 4 hours! I used a credit card and am now wondering if I should just call and cancel this purchase. Stuff I've read here and around the web are not promising about support from this application's owners.
I'm extremely disappointed, to say the least. I rated poor in all categories! What else can I do if the dang app won't even work!
To the company: I can't believe you'd let this product sink to these new lows . . .
