Hello,
I recently needed to access the "Help" tutorials for one of my Adobe Creative Suite CS2 applications.
I selected the appropriate entry from the "Help" menu.
The application "Adobe Help Center" launched. I selected the desired software product entry from the dropdown menu under "Product Help".
After selecting the CS2 software program the "Adobe Help Center" indicated the following error message:
" The topic you want to view applies to a CS2 product you have not installed. - OK Button "
???
Same result for any other Adobe Creative Suite CS2 application I have selected from the dropdown menu. I can see the topics on the left window pane, however I am not able to access any of the topics since I always receive the error message:
" The topic you want to view applies to a CS2 product you have not installed. - OK Button "
I have the entire Adobe Creative Suite CS2 installed on my machine. I just don't get the point why the "Adobe Help Center" application does not allow me to view and read the topics. I mean, what are help topics and tutorials for if a user is not able to access or read them? Right?
Do I have to re-install the apps? Is the "Adobe Updater" the cause for not being able to access any of the help topics?
I remember the time, where all major help topics were accessible by launching the default web browser application. This was much more customer and user-friendly.
graphically & sincerely,
Marc Klein
