The one feature that I find sorely lacking in this app is the inability to view 2 pages at a time. If CPN would display 2 pages at a time, it would even more closely mimic a paper notebook. I really would like to see this added as an option.

But this "open in a new window" feature is clumsy. Two page, "like an open notebook" view is what they should add as an option. And when you flip a page, you see the next two pages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We are no longer in the days of small computer screens.
