Is anyone who purchased this recently (within a few months) as mystified as I am at what happened to the free upgrade they were told they were eligible for? Hopefully the CPN folks read this because I'm not the only one who is wondering.

In order to receive the promised free upgrade, I tried to RETRIEVE my serial number for a FAMILY pack bought this year, (3 Tokens) meaning install in 3 machines. BUT the new license for this version 3 came as 1 Token. This is not what I expected. I bought 3 licenses I believe I should get 3 new ones free.I also have to mention I have ANOTHER separate license (for a 4th Mac) and PAYING the upgrade I received the correct 1 Token v3.0 license number.
I do hope this will be sorted out in the near future. Thank you

This is to be FAIR with Circus Ponies.I received an immediate response from Jayson with my 3.0 FAMILY PACK LICENSE NUMBER FREE! from the time I wrote a comment here then went to see a client and came back it was solved! Got an email w/ the serial number.

I also got an immediate reply and my upgrade license after starting this post, so the guys at CPN not only have an impressive piece of software that could even if tweaked replace Finder itself, but they also have the support and response machine finely tuned as well.Tuesday, September 23 2008 @ 05:26 AM PDT

It's entirely possible that the "adding" of new licenses to existing accounts has not completed, but I feel it is important to note this for anyone not aware who indeed like I did, did purchase CPN this year.
