I agree with the comments about their !@#$%^ support.

It's obvious that they don't read the BUG reports.

After several rounds of asking about "RapidoWrite broken with OS 10.5.5" they responded with "Hi, sorry we don't provide any support for free products."

Too bad, I did like their application.
