I've been using version 1.0.5 which does a fine job of identifying closed (stealth) networks. A great help when it came to selecting a wireless channel which wasn't being used by anyone else within range...even if their network was stealthed.
Today I d/l version 1.1 and find that stealthed networks are no longer being fingered. Why was that capability removed? I thought it was one of the best features of the software...if the user is interested in de-conflicting his/her network channel from nearby users.
AirRadar
Advanced wireless network scanner/stumbler.

Nope, recycling the API scanning option in Preferences made no difference in version 1.1.2. You guys changed something...what was it?You've downgraded the application from doing one of the main things I was using AirRadar for... de-conflicting my network channel from other closed or "stealth" networks in the vicinity.
Is there a place to download the older version from? I want to retrograde and recover that lost capability.

If you enable/disable the API scanning option in Preferences, you may get the feature you desire back.Reply to This
