Some 40 photographs out of 160 I took with my Canon G9 got corrupted on a 2GB Sandisk during an attempt to transfer them to my computer. These were irreplaceable pictures taken during a rare lighting condition in the SoCal desert. Both myself and others who were on the pictures were inconsolable.
