If running 10.4, it may not correctly be able to determine the encryption used. Please contact us via support ticket immediately so we can cipher the problem and release a fix as soon as possible. Thanks! If you're on 10.5, this is an issue we are not aware of and would also like to work with you to find a timely resolution.
