Cannot log on to support E-mail Support or Support History

Folks,
When I try to open a trouble ticket, or look at my support history, the support system doesn't recognise my login. Yet I'm LOGGED IN to Versiontracker and posting this But Report right now.

Hello,

We apologize for the confusion -- Currently, the support site is a separate login from VersionTracker.com. We are working to improve this.

If you visit the support site and click on the "Login" tab, you can use the "Email Me My Password" function to retrieve your password for http://support.versiontracker.com . If the site tells you you haven't set one, then you can log in the first time using your e-mail address and no password.

Well, er, not quite!

I click "My Support History". Under, "If you have forgotten your password, I enter my email address (the same one registered with Versiontracker) and click "email me my password", the support server says that "The user ID you supplied does not appear to be valid", so I click Back.
Then, under returning users, I supply my email address, leave the password field blank, and click Login. The support server announces that "The Login ID and password combination you provide is invalid". If I try to create a user account from scratch, but use the email address already registered with Versiontracker, I'm told that the email address is already registered. Am I missing something here?

No, you aren't missing anything! It appears there's something funny going on with your support account - I'm sorry for the trouble, our team has not seen this issue yet.

Right. Now that I know I'm not totally crazy! I created a new account using one of my other email addresses and created the trouble ticket. I just need to make sure it is matched up with my VT account though!
