Simply put, Apple is no longer the trusted, reliable, 'works right out of the box' entity that it's publicity & marketing engine fostered over the years. Before this update, no problems. Now I get regular hangs in firefox, itunes - anything related to audio seems to trigger this. I have a digidesign Mbox2, & have updated all audio drivers. And, before anyone puts forward any well meaning suggestions about testing, plugging, unplugging etc., Why should I have to go through that? I pay good money for stuff that works. If I had a new TV or DVD player or dishwasher that caused me equivalent problems, it would go straight back to the shop along with a selection of sharp comments for the manufacturer. Computers are no different. Is Apple really giving a s**t anymore about QA?

Oh dear, not again... - Infinity 3
I've not had any problems. Be careful to not finger point Apple before asking others.Reply to This
