Suddenly, I find that my previous entitlement to manage ten machines has been reduced to three! In fact, I need to slots for each of my machines, since I have two partitions on each. One to use as my everyday system, and another minimal configuration on a separate spindle, which I boot from to image the first. This means I consume TWO slots for each machine, which doesn't leave much change from THREE. I really need my TEN machines, since I have three MACs and three Windows machines to take care of. Come on guys, let's work this out. I might even be happy to pay a little more for a small site licence (say 25 machines), but what I'm unhappy about at the moment is the downgrading of my current, paid for, entitlement which I've renewed over many years.

Temporary glitch - lenwhyte
OK, I'll be patient. Hope it can be fixed by the end of this week, as I have a bunch of maintenance outstanding. LenMonday, September 15 2008 @ 07:01 PM PDT
Temporary glitch - CNET TechTracker Staff
Hello,We sincerely apologize for the trouble. This is a known issue that we are working hard to resolve ASAP, and only affects a small portion of our users.
We have spent a lot of time in the past year systematically upgrading pieces of our infrastructure to provide a better service. Over the past number of weeks, we have been in the process of migrating yet another piece of our system - this one involves your subscription status. Due to a glitch, your subscription currently reflects the wrong seat limit.
Again, this is temporary! It is at the top of our list of priorities and should be resolved soon.
Please feel free to contact our technical support team by opening a ticket on http://support.versiontracker.com (click on the "Email Support" tab, and follow through to your ticket confirmation).
