I have an older Mac with 10.5.4 OSX. I've never had a problem with iTunes or my iPod. Now I have nothing but problems. My iPod would not synch and my iTunes locks up all the time. I even tried reformatting my iPod and doing a restore. That fixed nothing. Now I have an iPod with only a few songs and iTunes that eventually locks-up every time I use it. Way to go Apple.

My advice to you is to delete the iTunes preferences files or try to reinstall iTunes as I and all of my friends have absolutely no problems with it.//Rob
