I've had a copy of GC for a long time; my version is an older one. Some how, some way, while using GC, I managed to get it to "crash." That's my special gift, maybe, crashing virtually anything that *can* be crashed.

But, even though my copy of GC is an older version and it was on Sunday, I got a *personal* email from the Developer following up on the Crash Report that was generated and sent earlier in the day.

Amazing. Talk about attentive and responsive! More than I can say for the developers for several other products (many commercial) that I have acquired over the years.
