Other than a minor irritation with .DS_Store files (I would like to skip them, somehow, but the skip function works by file, not filename) this software works very well.

I use it to synchronize backup my drive, and my laptop and desktop computers. I also used it to copy over my directory structure when I upgraded a computer - not flawless, but pretty darn close!
