First, just wanted to thank the LinkOptimizer users for explaining the university professor some basics of desktop publishing. I can understand his frustration - he thought that LinkOptimizer optimized GIFs, but it, obviously, didn't (and never will).
But first - he had 15 days to try the demo and make sure the program does what he expected. And second, it's unclear what gains exactly he expected to achieve from "optimizing" GIFs.
Regarding his other feedback - the problems he mentioned have never been reported by other users (except for the large off-pasteboard images, which is fixed).
I'm not sure why instead of just clicking the Support button and get the problem resolved, he would take the time to post the VersionTracker feedback. This won't solve any of his problems for sure - but will only demonstrate his childish anger and negativity to everybody.
Sincerely,
Leo Revzin
