And there is not support e-mail at the other side. I would neve buy a product without any support. I tried to register in the forum. It said i cannot use it until I will receive a confirmation e-mail by the adminitrators. Never received any e-mail. I trashed it. Stay away, not serious so far.

I am the developer of TickerMenu. My apologies for the problems with the forum. There was a typo in the contact email address for approval of new accounts, and we didn't realize this (and therefore didn't receive your request) until a few days later.We do in fact provide prompt support for this product through our forums and invite all users to contact us with any questions you have.
In response to your lockup issue, we have observed that some systems running 10.4 seem to cause TickerMenu to freeze when it is run for the first time. In every case we've seen, a restart of the computer has resolved the issue permanently, as TickerMenu runs normally thereafter. We are working on a permanent resolution to the issue, however. Thank you.
