The crashes were the problem of CocoaMySQL, so I made some tests under special conditions, where CocoaMySQL always crashed, like importing large database-dumps back into the server.
Sequel Pro was stabel all over the test I made. No problems!
Nice Software, and very useful, because of the really bad user interface of the original MySQL GUI applications for Mac OS X.
