This WAS a great app but since the 2.0.2 update has never been able to work with paired libraries.
a BUG needs fixing apple to bring this back to 5*

Great app -2.0.2 Fix - man290663
The Fix for this is that since 10.5.4 and Touch/iPhone update 2.0.2 the Remote no longer uses the ports given under essential services in the Firewall where before it did.Use custom firewall settings on the Mac and Add ALL apps you use (but Must Include itunes) then it will work again.
This is a 10.5.4 verses 2.0.2 mismatch in port assignments. a minor bug fix is needed.
