and Leopard compatibility is finally officially introduced. I switched long ago. The delay was bad enough but poor customer service (little communication, snippy when there was) was too much.

I considered many but chose MaxMenus. Classic Menu was a very close second. Both were Leopard compatible within a few weeks.

I use MaxMenus as well. It's very unobtrusive yet has all my software one click away.

Oh, I don't know. They seem to communicate their desire for customers to pay repeatedly for the same same software (whether or not they've updated/upgraded) pretty effectively.
