Although I had a bit of trouble at first getting multisite working, the tech support I received was incredibly thorough and helpful. I would have preferred live phone or chat support because it took a week or so through back-and-forth e-mail to resolve my issue, but each e-mail was detailed, personalized & professional. I absolutely love iWeb and its easiness of use. I am thrilled to be able to create multiple websites through Multisite. Now that it's up and running, it's a DREAM!
