Deja vu has worked well for me for years. When I ran into a problem recently, I received NO response from developer after 3 email attempts from various addresses.

Buyer beware: this looks like an abandoned product.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Absolutely no response from anyone. Was supposed to get the serial number in a hour - it's been over a week!
