Hello,

I have made a scan in Silverfast AI 6.4.4 by using the Adobe Photoshop Plug-In several minutes ago. Everything went well. After my second scan however, Photoshop CS2 suddenly indicates the following error message.

" Not enough Memory for Prescan left!"

There is enough memory left. Has anyone a clue what could be the cause for this sudden error message in Adobe Photoshop CS2?

I have already re-installed the software by using the "Administrator" account on my machine. The scan works if I work under my "Administrator" account.

However, Silverfast AI fails if I continue to work under my "Standard" user account.

Hmm ...

graphically & sincerely,

I could fix the problem by re-sizing the Silverfast AI Prescan window. Holy cow ... it works again ... all of a sudden.
