I think this is a good product. I use it quite often and find it fairly intuitive to get going with in the beginning. Some things still need a bit of work however - for instance, if you enter the wrong SMTP server details and try to send mail it can hangs and when you click the cancel button nothing happens - which leads you to a force quite situation.

Despite these kind of rough edges I still think it's a great piece of software with a future, certainly the best of it's kind / in it's price range for the Mac.
