So- I just bought Toast 9 since I was finally making the jump to Leopard. There's an update available to v9.0.2, but I can't upgrade to it.
Roxio/ Sonic will not let me register my product. Without registration, I can't download the update. WTF? They tell me that they're sending a confirmation email, but I never get anything. I've tried a dozen times. And I've sent an email to tech support. No dice.
Just really hate these companies that sell you something and don't follow up on it. Lame.

And I followed their "Report a problem registering" link, and it takes you to a page in which you ALREADY NEED TO BE REGISTERED in order to get help!!!Really not helpful...
