I have been using Connect for about 2 years and until now have been quite happy. After upgrading to 3.33 it stopped working. Developer told me 3.35 would fix my issue but it did not. They asked me for some logs. I sent them and now get absolutely no response from them. The support area of their site is still under construction after at least a year. So be forewarned if anything goes wrong YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN and it doesn't matter to them whether you paid or not.

I had quite the opposite problem - when 3.0 first came out I bought and upgraded to it. I had loads of problems with it shutting down after it indexed files, not seeing files, streaming issues, duplicates. I e-mailed and got a quick response and was even eventually sent a test build, which became 3.4, and subsequently 3.5 came out which has no issues what-so-ever to report of. All of this happened in a matter of days. I found them to be extremely helpful, and would not warn anyone away from buying this easy to use, reliable piece of software.Reply to This
