Existing users, 
Despite sending in data for Phone Inspector the plugin for the Samsung SGH-F480 Tocco is still not here!
Other Samsung Users seem to have problems getting developer to concentrate on anything other than Nokia and Sony-Ericsson Siemens Phone.
Please Start Supporting Samsung they're getting more popular than Nokia over Here! and the Tocco is the official Olympic phone so will sell in huge numbers!
other site developers such as Mac Me offer better support on these models.

ALL phone makers use more than 1 OS! and other plug-in makers have responded with Samsung plugins within days (without asking for phone inspector data) and yet its taken over a month (with phone inspector data) and no plug-ins for newer Samsung have been released.The original review is an accurate reflection of the support given by Nova media which shows thier preferred format is Nokia, Siemens, Sony Ericsson. (and until this changes the original review will not be altered)
If you were to put more effort into Samsung phones in the same way as other plug-in makers then this review would be different. This is a short sighted approach as Samsung and LG are selling increasingly more phones than the more traditional makers and overtaking many of them in sales!

yes, there are already alternate plugins available for the Tocco elsewhere.I think I had already suggested long time ago that the nova media change the name of this app to Nokia/Sony plugins since that is all they seem to support, their name is misleading.
True, they never update any other phones ... they just ask for some data from your phone and then say they cannot do it.
Low rating well deserved because the product does NOT do as advertised

Hello,we do support more than 50 Samsung phones. I certainly can understand that you would love to have yours supported as well, but to call that poor is ... well, poor. Oh, and did you see we do support BenQ phones as well?
Anyway, if there is already another plugin for your phone I am glad you can use this.
In general: For us as a german company we can not test non-GSM phone like some from Sprint or Verizon. So naturally, the support for those phones is limited.

Hello,the problem is that Samsung uses more than 4 different operating systems in their phones. Some of these have to possible access via iSync - so we can not support them at all. So perhaps you can alter your rating? I think it a bit unfair that we have to take the blame for the OS of a manufacturer. Expecially we do support more Samsung cell phones than everybody else!!!
