When you burn to DVD, whether through iDVD or Toast, you get something that's totally unviewable. Using iDVD, I also wasn't able to select the "TV safe area" so we landed up with most of the outside parts of our photos cut off when I played my trial slide show through our TV. I didn't bother finding out what it looked like on our 8-fit screen; the poor results were only too visible on my Mac screen. Maybe the developer needs to develop his own burning program, one that doesn't crunch files that don't need crunching to fit onto a DVD. Few people can lug their Macintosh around with them just to show their family and friends the slide show they created of the wedding photos.
