Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

I haven't used Quark since, I think, version 4 and didn't get very well acquainted with it, but I did decide I liked it better than PageMaker (which I'd used from version 1). I now use InDesign CS2 (though so infrequently I get confused because PageMaker is still firmly embedded in my brain *G*) and, judging from the training video that came with it, it looks simple enough to create PDFs for the printer. Obviously it isn't as simple as it looks! Anyway, I'm glad to see Quark is still around., Much as I like Adobe's products (well, most of the time) I definitely wouldn't like to see them become a monopoly. As it is I didn't like hearing of their acquisition of Macromedia.
