The website has a clear tutorial, but does not give enough info for non experts to get the internet wake method to work. There are many possible sources for the MAC and IP addresses to confuse, and I don't know how to check if my router (Time Capsule) is even compatible or how to set it to be so if it can be. I have tried many permutations without success. (Firewall is off).
The documentation needs some clear pointers as to where to get the correct info.
I am posting here because there is currently no way of contacting the author via his website which is partly under construction.
It looks like it will be a good and useful app when I can get it to work.

Internet Wake needs more documentation - gambcl
Hi there, I am the author of SleepOver, thanks for your feedback. You are quite correct, the website is still underway, sorry about that, Apple reviewed my app faster than I thought. I hope to have the feedback form and some troubleshooting info out in the next 1-2 days.
I don't really want to post an email address in the open because of spam, but if you run the SleepOver app and tap the About button, there is an
Email button which will let you email me directly for support.
Unfortunately I have not heard of anyone having success with a TimeMachine or Airport router, you might want to check the Apple discussions, such as this thread:
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1643438&tstart=0
You can test it with an independent wake-over-internet site, such as:

I would really love to help you, so please do email me when convenient.
Charles Gamble
