I also seem to have 3.7b3 as the newly released beta - not b4 as shown here. But I want to point out a newly introduced bug (I did so immediately to Unsanity but they never acknowledged my report.)
Under all previous versions (and betas) I use the Fruit Menu Items (a folder) to keep aliases to selected folders in my home folder. They have always provided a small arrow to the right of their names in the Apple/Fruit Menu and the hierarchical list of their contents for easy selection. When I updated to b3 these no longer provide the arrow / pop up hierarchy to access.
I've repaired permissions / verified my disk and tried replacing a few of these aliases but they still are broken in the Fruit Menu.
So a giant step back in the usefulness of this haxie. I may try to revert to the previous beta as I never had a problem with it.

frankim is right - quattleb
Works now - I downloaded "b4" via the link here at VT and restarted. Just as frankim pointed out I now have the hierarchal menus back. Yea!Monday, August 04 2008 @ 06:10 AM PDT

I had the same problem with the absence of hierarchical lists. But, I downloaded this newer version (that is supposed to be b4). Restarted. The hierarchical menus are back!Funny thing is that the Fruit Menu preference screen still says it's b3. I don't really know what is going on. All I know is that it is working the way it's supposed to.
I know there have be ongoing difficulties with Leopard. Hence, the beta versions. I just hope the people at Unsanity don't give up on this product because I have been using it for a few years and would hate to go without it.
Good luck.
