Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

Crashed for me. This system has 2 disk drives, both were detected and the details recovered for one only. Clicked on the other disk drive and the program crashed with an exception error. (Forwarded to Apple!!!) Certainly the SMART Utility seems to give more detailed info but I don't think that this is a competitor for SMARTReporter. They do difference things and for my clients, just knowing that there is something there watching their disk drives and it hasn't changed colour provides the degree of security they want. The details of SMART Utility will certainly be great for hardware watchers. Ran the program again and it failed to restart. Still good idea however.
Will change my rating with the next release...

Version 1.2.2 - volitans-software

I do seem to be getting way too many crash reports with this new version (I rushed this as I was moving to a house- I didn't test it as well as I should have). Would you be willing to turn on debug logs and send me the report at bugs@volitans-software.com? I'm so far unable to reproduce the bug, but I would like to so I can fix it.

Version 3.0 will support this, which is due out in January. (Version 2.0 is due out in September).

Thank you.

This is fixed in 1.2.3. It was a stupid bug that I missed. Sorry about that!
