Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

The update won't install. It says there is no copy of Aperture installed. Readers on the Apple discussion forums have reported this problem when Aperture has been moved from the default location in /Applications, but mine IS in the default location.

Update Won't Install - hophi

I have this problem repeatedly whenever I try to install an upgrade. The error message I get is that "I need to have installed 2.0 before I can install the upgrade". But I do have 2.0 installed. I found I have to reinstall 2.0 from the disk and then install the upgrade. It works every time but I don't know why I have to do this. The last time I did that was for 2.1.3. Help would be appreciated.
