This program was decent early on by the later version have become more crash prone.
The bigger problem is with the company itself than with the software. If you buy from them just know ahead of time that you WILL NOT get any tech support of any substance, AND that the software is going to be LOCKED to your computer. Install the app, request a serial # that will only work once. Get a new computer, beg for a new working number, and wait for a response with a non-working app.

Hey Chad!Whoops – looks as though we haven't done a good job of explaining our licenses...
You can reset your license anytime you like under http://my.equinux.com, so when you get a new Mac, moving everything over should be really easy.
A single license is for one Mac, the Family Pack is for up to 5 Macs (just like the iLife Family Pack for example).

I know your comment is a bit old already, but I have experienced, that equinux is pretty good answering on support questions. I had an activation difficulty with my iSale license and sent them an email through their support website and got an answer the same day.Moreover, they also use twitter to help their customers: http://twitter.com/equinuxsupport
